For many years, Stella Mediterranea d.o.o. has been recognized as a fine manufacturer of traditional Dalmatian delicatessen.

The story of our products started in 2002 on the island of Mljet, leaning on a lifelong family tradition of agricultural manufacture.
With the idea of stepping up, we collected and studied old recipes for preparing local signature dishes using the locally-grown produce (olives, figs, almonds, …) and we carefully listened to the advice of the elderly and we finally set off on a real adventure – the development of the finest Dalmatian delicatessen, the development of Stella Croatica!

The finest quality olive oil, fig, almond and citrus desserts, a healthy honey snack, a variety of cookies, jams and spreads – these are core elements of a unique offer. With carefully design package and special positioning they definitely deserve a prefix of premium boutique product, and most importantly – a true gastro souvenir of our area.

Not only do our products conserve all the richness of flavour of the untouched Dalmatian nature, but they are also fraught with care and love of those who even today prepare them in the old-fashioned way, like a true manufacture, but always respecting all the regulations of modern standards when it comes to food preparation.

From the very start, all our production has been done following the HACCP standard, while the new production line has also been designed following the same standard.
