It is located on the slopes of the Kozjak hill above the city of Split and it is 1.5 kilometers from the historic Klis fortress. Its surroundings are typically Dalmatian
– there is a garden, an orchard, an olive grove, a vineyard and a park with sculptures.
The area also offers a playground and a boccie court.
The area is calm, peaceful and relaxing, which makes it perfect for a pleasant family holiday.
A rich cultural historic heritage can be found in Split, Trogir and antique Salona.
The host lives on the estate in a detached part of the object with a separate access.
